Endometriosis
A condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus. This can cause chronic pelvic pain, painful periods, pain with sex, bowel or bladder symptoms, and infertility.

Adenomyosis
A condition where uterine lining tissue grows into the muscle wall of the uterus. It often causes heavy periods, severe cramping, pelvic pain, and an enlarged, tender uterus.

Uterine Fibroids
Non-cancerous growths in the uterus that can cause heavy bleeding, pelvic pressure, bloating, pain, frequent urination, or fertility concerns.

Chronic Pelvic Pain
Ongoing pain in the lower abdomen or pelvis that lasts longer than six months. It may be related to gynecologic conditions, prior surgeries, nerve pain, or inflammation.

Heavy or Abnormal Menstrual Bleeding
Periods that are very heavy, last too long, happen too often, or are unpredictable. This can lead to fatigue, anemia, and disruption of daily life.

Painful Periods (Dysmenorrhea)
Menstrual cramps that are severe or worsening and interfere with work, school, or daily activities. Painful periods are common — but they are not normal when they limit your life.

Pelvic Organ Prolapse
A condition where pelvic organs (such as the uterus, bladder, or rectum) drop lower due to weakened pelvic support. Symptoms may include pressure, bulging, or difficulty with bladder or bowel function.

Urinary Symptoms & Bladder Disorders
Includes frequent urination, urgency, leakage (incontinence), difficulty emptying the bladder, or bladder pain.

Ovarian Cysts
Fluid-filled sacs on or inside the ovary. Many are harmless, but some can cause pain, bloating, pressure, or require treatment.

Pelvic Adhesions (Scar Tissue)
Bands of scar tissue that can form after surgery, infection, or inflammation. Adhesions can cause pain, bowel symptoms, or fertility challenges.

Pain with Intercourse (Dyspareunia)
Pain during or after sex that may be related to pelvic floor dysfunction, endometriosis, scarring, hormonal changes, or inflammation.

Abnormal Pap Smears & Cervical Conditions
Includes HPV-related changes or abnormal cells on the cervix that may require monitoring or treatment.

Menstrual Cycle Disorders
Irregular periods, missed periods, or cycles that are unpredictable. These may be related to hormonal changes, stress, medical conditions, or underlying gynecologic issues.

Postmenopausal Bleeding
Any vaginal bleeding after menopause. While often treatable, it should always be evaluated.

Pelvic Masses
Lumps or growths in the pelvis that may be found on exam or imaging. These can include fibroids, cysts, or other conditions that need evaluation.

Complications from Prior Gynecologic Surgery
Ongoing pain, bleeding, or symptoms that persist after prior procedures or surgeries.
